Lot clearing
Clear area for driveway, house, yard and septic field. Pile trees in full tree lengths in area away from build site which will be hauled away at a later date.
Tree stumps and branches will be burnt on site when weather permits
Driveway
Supply 12’ culvert and geotech cloth
12” thick layer of pitrun gravel for base layer and 2” thick layer of 1/4” down for the top layer
Septic Field
Install a Modified Total Area above ground septic field sized for a three bedroom house without a garburator. Install a concrete septic tank (750 gallons) and excavate all piping up to corner of house. Sewage pump is not included.
Well
Install a 5” PVC cased Water Well. all piping will be excavated to corner of house. Well Pump is not included.
